工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age:20 25- Welcome guests on arrival and assist them during their stay - Check in and checkout of guests - Taking phone and email reservations - Providing assistance to guests / customers - Cashiering and reporting - General administrative duties - Show guests to their rooms, explain the amenities and emergency procedures - Keep up to date on all hotel services as well as external locations an attractions within the hotel area - Provide support to the Concierge as required in cases of emergency - Project a professional image at all times - Assisting the Assistant Managers and Rooms Division Manager in any other duties as required

职位要求

	- Fresh graduated of related field - Good command of written and spoken English & Thai - Be able to use basic Computer such as Ms. Word and Excel - Honest, patience and can work under pressure - Excellent personal presentation with high level of communication skills - Self-motivated, Friendly, Positive Attitude - Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
