工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:1 Age: -Used to work in Factory 1 or 2 years -Accounting Computer Knowledges -Can speak English

职位要求

	1. General ledger ? Ensure sub-ledger account are reconciled to control account (especially AR and AP) ? Ensure bank reconciliation is done on monthly basis ? Preparing journal vouchers and post into ERP system for monthly closing purposes. Journal voucher should cover depreciation, salary, bank charges, any others accrual necessary for month end closing purposes. 2. Job Costing ? Liaise with local PPC department for Sales order from Customer (Local and HQ) ? Check in the ERP system what is the job number created for the sales order from customer ? Use ERP system to download BOM and use that to verify against POs issued to supplier under the same Job number ? Work closely with PPC department on status of production until shipment for all sales order, maintain reporting on status of Finish goods and Work in progress inside factory and submit on weekly basis to HQ finance ? Responsible for submit monthly shipment report to HQ Finance. ? Ensure store department perform GRNs and issuance of raw material on ERP system for production uses are done on timely basis ? Ensure shipping department perform raw material consumption (Picking Journal) on ERP system on timely basis ? Ensure shipping department to perform Report As Finish (RAF) for finish good produced ? Ensure shipping department to perform shipment invoice in ERP system ? Ensure all shipped sales order and its respective master production order (MPO) are closed in ERP system
