职位要求

-Preferably have at least 1 year experience in garments industry -Team player -Initiative -Computer Skill: Word/Excel, Internet & Email -Can speak English or Chinese "- Closely folow up production schedule and ensure all production steps to run smoothly - Ensure fabric inspection, paper pattern, marker plan, fabric distribution form available for cutting - Ensure cutting output, printing/ embroidery return, HT output per day per style to meet sewing line's request - Inform Merchandiser and Planning team short cut quantity (if any) timely - Ensure trim card and sewing/packing accessories available for sewing line - Guide production line to run order by color based on cut panel inventory and sewing accessories without any issues - Ensure sewing output per day per style to catch delivery date - Ask for cut panel replacement ASAP in case garment defect - Follow up packing status and transfer cartons to warehouse for final inspection without delay - Inform short ship q'ty to Merchandiser, Planning and Shipping team (if any) timely - 跟紧生产排期并确保生产每个阶段的顺利 - 在裁剪前确保已经验布，有纸图，马克计划，布卡。 - 确保裁剪量，印花/绣花收到，烫标的常量能够满足车缝每天的需求量 - 若有短裁，要及时通知MR 和计划部 - 确保辅料卡和车缝包装辅料能齐全及时给到车缝 - 指导车缝线按照裁片和车缝辅料没有问题的颜色先后上线 - 确保车缝的日产量能够按时出货 - 若有裁片成品有破洞或任何瑕疵需重做的要及时进行补裁 - 跟紧包装进度并及时的把成品转到成品仓进行验货 - 若有短装及时把情况报告给MR，计划组和船务组"
