	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2 years Age:24 35- Work closely with General Manager to manage daily operation - Create and develop master development plan, marketing strategies and budget plan - Handle daily account operation and report to GM daily and monthly - Seek cooperation with other related business - Provide training and orientation of the work operation and skills to new staff - Analyze SWOT and prepare development system - Control daily operation work and stock system - Ensure the growth stability and development - Manage incomes and expense effectively to minimize operation costs - Lead people to work by heart and head - Oversee problems and solutions - Develop the possible and splendid sources to generate more incomes - Coordinate to work with other staff when necessary - And other duties and responsibility assigned by GM

	- Male/Female - Age 24 – 35 - At lease one year working as Manager/Assistant to General Manager having the good background of business operation, management and leadership, marketing, and good understanding of accounting and finance a sharp; candidates having no good quality as the above mention are not eligible to apply - Bachelor of Business Administration or related fields is a must - Be able to handle general operation and management - Good at accounting system for daily operation - Honest, active, energetic, friendly, creative, well-organized and proactive - Be able to work on weekends and holiday when necessary - Good interpersonal skill and smart - Good at marketing and strategy development - Problem solver not problem makers - Working Hours from 1:00 pm – 10/11:00 pm (Mon – Sun with one day off per week)
