Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: We are now looking for dynamic candidates to fill the following positions: 1- Assistant to General Manager 1 Position 2- Marketing Officer 1 Position RESPONSIBILITIES: 1- Assistant to General Manager (EFG) - To ensure good business relations with all customers /prospects - To identify prospects & opportunities for sales - To work as outdoor sales/promotion - To follow up and daily communication with clients - To expand the new markets segmentation - To generate weekly and monthly sales reports - To assist various other tasks as assigned by the Product Manager 2- Marketing Officer (The Pizza Company) - To effectively participate in implement yearly Marketing Communication Plan and within budget of the company’s food chain brand. - To make sure that promotional campaigns being correctly implemented at the store level. - To follow up and conduct surveys on competitor’s advertising and promotional activities; do consumer research; and analyse the company’s promotional campaign results. - To manage overall media relations for the company achieving of frequent, timely and positive media coverage; and to closely monitor for the company media placement. - Taking care of the interactions between the company and the public by setting up press conferences, giving out newsletters and brochures and organizing an open house once in a while

职位要求

1- Assistant to General Manager (EFG) - Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Business Administration/ Hospitality Management - Minimum 6-year experience in Food and Beverage industry - Mature in business management Analysis - Multi-site operations management - Leadership and team management, able to plan, organize, lean and motivate people. - Fluent in English and computer literate 2- Marketing Officer (The Pizza Company) - Bachelor Degree in Marketing - At least 3-year experience similar to position - Experience in writing, editing, proof-reading and designing communication documents - Excellent written and oral communication skills, conveying messages to different audiences using diverse media. - Experience with budgets and forecasting
