| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:Age: We are now looking for dynamic candidates to fill the following positions: 1- Business Development Executive 2 Positions (one in Phnom Penh, one in Siem Reap) 2- Part Counter Sales 1 Position 3- Call Canter Officer 1 Position 4- Supply Chain Executive 1 Position 5- Sales Consultant 1 Position 6- Part Sales Consultant 1 Position 7- Marketing Executive 2 Positions RESPONSIBILITIES 1./ Business Development Executive (Motor Vehicle) - To Develop Sales Strategic Management - To analyse new market opportunity for business growth - To work closely with management team to develop strong and competitive products offer - To develop sales plan and strategies and drive to achieve the profitable growth target of the business. - To identify prospects & opportunities for sales - To expand the new markets segmentation 2./ Part Counter Sale (Motor Vehicle) - To ensure good business relations with all customers /prospects - To identify prospects & opportunities for sales - To work as outdoor sales/promotion - To follow up and daily communication with clients - To expand the new markets segmentation - To generate weekly and monthly sales reports - To assist various other tasks as assigned by the Product Manager 3./ Call Center Officer (Motor Vehicle) - Handling calls from external and internal customers. - Handling incoming requests from external customers by e-mail or fax and managing their inquiries or requests. - Providing information on complaints regarding specific products as well as services. - Selling products and placing customer orders in the computer system. - Transferring customer calls with complex inquiries to appropriate staff. - Recognizing, documenting, and informing the supervisor regarding the trends in internal and external customer calls. - Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries 4./ Supply Chain Executive (Motor Vehicle) - To ensure good business relations with all customers /prospects - To identify prospects & opportunities for sales - To work as outdoor sales/promotion - To follow up and daily communication with clients - To expand the new markets segmentation - To generate weekly and monthly sales reports - To assist various other tasks as assigned 5./ Sales Consultant (Motor Vehicle) - Maintain contact and build relationships with customers - Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits. - Identifies the needs of a customer and provides a chance for meeting those needs through the purchase of products or services - Guide potential customers to discover his requirements and offers the best solution to make sure those needs are fulfilled - Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales. - Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire sales team Strong comment to achieve target sales 6./ Part Sales Consultant (Motor Vehicle) - To promote Ford spare part product into the market - Report market situation and competitor activities to Sale Manager - Monitor individual sales to achieve monthly and yearly target - Plan own activities to make strong sales, daily report sales, monthly report sales. - Prepare new product introduction: Strategy, global planning, presentation to customer - Build relationship with customer, dealer and whole sales market and private company - Promote events, activities at outside office 7./ Marketing Executive (Motor Vehicle) - Analyzing the market, including competitors and consumers - Executing marketing strategies and campaigns - Monitoring and arranging the distribution of promotional materials - Monitoring and coordinating the production of promotional materials - Overseeing and implementing product & service distribution - Attending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions - Acting as liaisons between the media, suppliers, and clients - sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist publications) or on the radio (depending on the organisation and the campaign) - managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters and DVDs - arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials - maintaining and updating customer databases - conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies - Coordinating with and reporting to managers to carry out campaigns |
| 1./ Business Development Executive (Motor Vehicle, one base in PP and one in SR) - Bachelor Degree of business management, marketing, or related field. MBA will be advantage - At least 2-year experience in sales of automotive sector - Strong in interpersonal and communication skill - Significant experience in business development - Must have the entrepreneurial skill and passion - Proven management skills and strong background in commercial aspects 2./ Part Counter Sale (Motor Vehicle) - At least 2-year experience related to sales and marketing with automotive industry - Bachelor Degree related to field - Good communication (written and oral), organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of spare part is advantage 3./ Call Center Officer (Motor Vehicle) - Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degrees in management, English, or equal qualify. - At least one year experience in call center service activities - Interest in working with customers - Ability to type and good product knowledge - Ability to inspire and support people - Good communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with all levels of professionals - Ability to plan well and prioritize work - Maintain calmness under tight pressure - Good decision-making, IT, and communication skills 4./ Supply Chain Executive (Motor Vehicle) - Bachelor degree of accounting/finance or related field - At least 1-year experience of supply chain or related experience - Experience with automotive industry - Ability to speak, write and read the English language - Good professional appearance 5./ Sales Consultant (Motor Vehicle) - At least 2-year experience related to sales and marketing with automotive industry - Bachelor Degree related to field - Good communication (written and oral), organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize opportunities and tasks - Coordinate and facilitate technical workshops with the customer - good negotiation skills and must be innovative and persuasive - good networking skills and deal with a wide variety of customers and client companies 6./ Part Sales Consultant (Motor Vehicle) - Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degrees in Sale or Marketing or equal qualify - At least one year experience in Sale spare part or other relevant products - Interest in working with customers - Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge - Flexibility, proactive and perseverance. - Be able to operate well under tight pressure. - Fluent in English. 7./ Marketing Executive (Motor Vehicle) - Bachelor’s degree Marketing, English, or equal qualify. - 2 years’ experience marketing in automotive industry. - English, fluently - Ability to inspire and support people. - Good people and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with all levels of professionals. - Ability to plan well and prioritize work. - Maintain calmness under tight pressure. - Good deci |
