工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3 Age: - Review and recommends to Head Office the branch’s annual work and financial plan; - Conduct field visit/verification/meetings with clients as part of his/her regular supervision to get first information from clients and to be able to provide more appropriate feedback and recommendation; - Entertain clients whenever they visit the office, give them the highest degree of respect; - Develop recommendation on how to improve performance of branch, management and staff; - Prepare plans and projections for client-building and improvement of loan portfolio; - Conduct internal reviews and field validation of methodological processes; and - Report on the key finding during branch visit for improvement.

职位要求

	- At least a university degree in the field of Management, Finance & Banking, or equivalent; - Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in a microfinance institution; - Strong communication skills, strong leadership and motivational skills; - Objectivity, sound judgment and problem-solving skills; - Strong planning and organizing skills; - Detail-oriented, honest and hard-working; - Unquestionable integrity and commitment to helping the poor; and - Willing to travel to provinces with long stay;
