工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3 Age: - Developing and ensuring effective implementation of compliance policies - Reviewing and advising on various drafting of legal or compliance documents of other unit departments - Providing critical advise and solutions concerning compliance/legal matters affecting the business - Updating applicable law and regulatory requirements to the business needs and staff concerned - Preparing and conducting training and refresher programs regarding compliance and other regulatory policies or guidelines - Conducting compliance check for concerned department and areas bases on compliance risk assessment matrix and compliance gap analysis within the organization; as well as, other existing policies and/or procedures - Liaising between the organization and external regulator such as SECC, NBC, Lawyer and other authorities - Assisting in the investigation of violations or suspected violations of regulations, policies, procedures - Ensuring accurately and timely reports to SECC, NBC, and / or other required authorities

职位要求

	- Bachelor or Master degree in Law - At least 3 year progressive working experience in legal, preferably from MFI or Banking Industries - Strong networking with governmental agencies / institutions or other legal firms is an advantage - Strong knowledge of compliance, law, internal control, anti-money laundering etc. - Excellent researching, communication and presentation skills
