| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:3Age:25 40- Responsible for maximizing revenues for hotel - Responsible for assisting in the preparation budget and forecasts - Manages labor standard and property level expenses to achieve maximum flow through to the line profits - Explain and manages financial activities - Reconcile all financial account - Participates and monitors monthly inventory and equipment. Ensures purchases made are within budget and by approved vendor -Work with marketing team to manage all sales activities of the property and meet revue objectives - Activities include setting goals, completing competitive surveys, taking reservations and compiling reports - Make sales call as outlined by the sales management teams - Identifies and seeks out potential business in local market - Ensures that all guest relates issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives - Recruits qualified applicants - Train employer in accordance with company/brand standard - Motivate and gives direct to all employees - Communicates all policies and procedures to entire staff - Conducts regular meeting to provide various information company communication, policy reviews, local property activities, goals, etc - Manages employee personal forms, including hiring, performance evaluations, payroll and benefits related information etc - Conducts coaching/counseling session, performance evaluations, prepares performance improvement plant, disciplinary documentation, conducts terminations - Ensure that employee related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with company policies - General Management responsibilities,evaluates hotel's strength and weakness and provides training - Performs duties in all aspect of hotel operations whenever needed - Inspects and document repairs and cleanliness of property to ensure optimum upkeep and repair, room cleanliness and overall property appearance - Manage the media advertising on social media website and increase company's presence on social media sites |
| - Minimum three (3) years related management experience - A master's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business in a plus (equivalent experience is acceptable) - Ability to read and speak the English and Chinese Language and Comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos - Ability to write simple correspondence - Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situation to customers,client, and other employees of the organization - Ability to effectively communicate professionally with guest, associates, supervisors, and other as required for optimum operation of the property - Ability to organize multiple, manage and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Basic knowledge of computers and software including to use e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet software and hotel management system |
