工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience:5-10Years Age: - Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures - Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to acomplish goals and directing th integration of technical activities. - Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. - Plan and direct the installation, testing , operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment - Direct, review, and approve product design and changes. - Recruit employees, assign, directm adn evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. - Prepare budgets, bids, adn contracts, and direct the negotiation of research contracts, - Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the deparment, service, laboratory or firm. - Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditure, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services. - Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. - Present and explain BOQ or proposals, reports, adn findings to clients. - Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. - Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management. - Administer highway planning, construction,and maintenance. - Direct the engineering of water control, treatment, and distributions projects. - Plan, direct, and coordinate survey work with other staff activities, certifying survey work, and writing land legal descriptions. - Conger with and report to officials and the public to provide information and solicit support for projects.

职位要求

- Bachelor in Engineering or related field and 4-7 years experience in this field - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures,and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services. - Knowledge of design techniques, tool, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. - knowledge of business and management involved in strategic planningm resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, adn coordination of people and resources. - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - knowledge of materialsk methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, building, factories or other structures suchas highways and roads. - Knowledge of principles and procedure for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. - Willing to travel and work at any provinces when the job is necessary to there
