	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2-4 Age:25 35- Monitor sales representative and supervisor’s daily performance to make sure the effective sales. - Develop and implementing sales strategies, planning and target. - Evaluating sales performance and give sale planning and sales strategies training on the products. - Check, monitor and follow up sales activities to achieve sales target on monthly basic. - Build sales plan and order to drive and achieve sales target - Lead, guide, manage and monitor their performance to meet sales target within territory - Train, monitor and develop salespeople and develop key dealers. - Activate and in charge of shop wholesales, sub-distribution and outlet - Manage the replacement, availability and lead growth of products within the assignment territory. - Review market situation and identify problem and find proper solution. - Prepare necessary action plan on sales process.

职位要求

	- Bachelor Degree or Master degree is preferred. - Over 3 years experience in sales or marketing or related. - Good communication and inter- personal and problem solving skill. - Commit to work and willing to travel province. - Fluency in English - Strong management and leadership - Excellent communication skill
