	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: Mith Samlanh is seeking a qualified Cambodian candidate to fill the position of Micro Enterprise Manager. Position overview The Micro Enterprise Manager is responsible for a team working to provide sustainable income generation opportunities for marginalized youth and primary caretakers of children supported by Mith Samlanh, training them in business skills and supporting them to develop micro-enterprises. Each micro-enterprise offers an individual or family an opportunity for future financial independence and security. Micro Enterprise Manager will: - Conduct survey on local small businesses - Regular update of business training and monitoring tools for youth and families who want to start their own small business - Recruit skill trainers and literacy/business - Deliver business trainings to team-members, social workers, youth and families - Manage a team of business trainers and coordinate trainings, support and monitoring of beneficiaries’ small businesses - Provide ongoing support to social workers and other staff members involved with the Income Generation Project - Provide business support including detailed business plans and business start up assistance (training, equipment, material, workbook…) to beneficiaries of the project - Prepare project support documents (income monitoring etc…) - Follow-up project budget - Prepare monthly and Quarterly reports - Assist project team leader in other tasks where necessary.

Position overview

Micro Enterprise Manager will:

职位要求

	- Experience with local business in Cambodia (NGO or private) - Experience working with poor communities in Phnom Penh - University degree, preferably in business management - Willingness to work in a difficult environment - Have a strong interest/understanding of the situation of street children and child rights - Excellent spoken and written English - Dynamic, enthusiastic and with initiative - Excellent communication skills - Excellent team work skills - Prepared to work in a flexible manner - Computer skills, both English and Khmer - Availability to travel locally - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with local business in Cambodia (NGO or private)
