Advising customers on various aspects of their holiday planning, taking into account particular customer needs and concerns. Administrative support where necessary -A general knowledge of the telephone system -Develop a good knowledge of the reservations system Travel log and a full understanding of processing brochure inquiries, reservations and customer documentation. -Develop a good understanding of our websites and assist customers with navigation queries as the need arises. -Take reservations, respond and make necessary travel and accommodation arrangements. -Process payments -Advise and answer queries on all products in general. -Give support as required in the maintenance of the computer reservations system -Understand the insurance needs of clients and deal with them in a competent manner. -Refer any difficult queries to your manager -Give support in other areas of the business as required
