工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: Summary of Responsibilities - Develop a concise report which clearly outlines the evaluation process, methods, observations, analysis, findings and recommendations. - Conduct evaluation in the project target areas and with the project partner both inside and oversea countries (based on side selection method) - Inside country: Phnom Penh, Takeo, Pursat, Siem Reap and Oudar Mean Chey province - Oversea countries: Thailand, Nepal, Laos, Bangladesh, and India - Give oral/visual presentation of the draft report to ICC The project will cover consultant fee based on working days, and field transportation and accommodation, provide free access to project files and documents, prepare meetings and workshops with stakeholders, and provide stationery, etc., as appropriate.

职位要求

- Proven training/adult learning skill - Extensive experience in participatory community development techniques in integrated rural development projects in Cambodia and elsewhere - Able to facilitate this consultancy in a participatory manner with staff, villagers and partners, so that the building of their capacity is an integrated part - Extensive experience and knowledge in term of Child Rights/Protection, Parenting, Church/Christian context and rural development in Cambodian context, ect.
