| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:Age: -Please send you cv to Email: 4seasons.hospitality@gmail.com Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Plans menus by consulting with chefs; estimates food costs and profits; adjusts menus -Oversee daily operations -Direct and coordinate activities of business or departments concerned with the production, pricing, and sale -Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties -Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes -Determine goods and service to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand -Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities -Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, representing management in purchase negotiations -Perform sale floor work such as greeting and assisting customers, and taking inventory -Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sale promotion |
| -At least 5 year experiences working at restaurant managing and training staffs -Experiences in beverage, accounting, inventory control and training staffs -Master of Business Administration/Management or any related fields -Good restaurant management skills -Strong leadership capabilities -Literacy, Internet and e-mail and word, excel, power point -Has complaint and problems solving skill -Good interpersonal skill, hard working, honest, high responsibility and be able to work well in a team -Strong communication skill in English for speaking, listening and writing -Please send you cv to Email: 4seasons.hospitality@gmail.com |
