	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2 Age: The IT Manager is responsible for all IT activities within Intertek Cambodia. This individual will ensure the local office adheres to Global IT policy and manage the rollout of Global System within Cambodia. Lead a local IT Team to be a Center of Excellence. In addition, the person will need to manage IT vendors and be the liaison point between local users and Global IT teams. Key responsibilities include: -Point of contact between global and local users/management. -Ensure global IT policy is adhered to. -Escalate IT problems or requests using ticketing system. -Manage local IT operation. -Implement Global System within Cambodia. -Manage IT vendors. -Ensure smooth IT operation in Cambodia.

	Requirements: Technical / Business: -Diploma or Degree in Computer Science. -Have worked in a Multi-national company for more than 2 years. -Exposure to cloud environment where very little or no server resides in Cambodia. -Have experience in managing vendors. -Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new circumstances. -Good knowledge of application server and network technologies. -Have experience with using ticketing system is an advantage. Other: -Strong customer-service orientation. -Good written and oral communication skills in English and local language. -Acts with a sense of urgency. -Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with all management levels. -Desire and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. -Provide support after normal work hours when necessary. -May need to travel within the country as business grows.
