	Vacancy Type:Marketing Work Experience:2 Age: - Monitor sales representative and supervisor's daily performance to make sure the effective sales. - Developing and implementing sales strategies, planning and target. - Evaluating sales performance and give sale planning and sales strategies training on the products. - Check, monitor and follow up sales activities to achieve sales target on monthly basic. - Build sales plan and order to drive and achieve sales target. - Lead, guide, manage and monitor their performance to meet sales target within territory. Train, monitor and develop salespeople and develop key dealers. Manage the replacement, availability and lead growth of products within the assignment territory. Review market situation and identify problem and find proper solution. Prepare necessary action plan on sales process.

	Job term: Full time / Part time Number of hirelings: 3 - Bachelor Degree or Master Degree is preferred. - Over 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing or related. - Good communication and inter-personal and problem solving skill - Fluency in English - Strong management and leadership - Excellent communication skill
