Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: We are urgently looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Chief Credit Officer in Pursat at Bakan Branch. Main responsibilities: 1.Control credit affair within branch, ensuring that credit affair performance is well complied with credit operating manuals, procedures and guidelines. 2.Responsible for credit planning, including arrangement, leading credit affair within his/her roles and responsibilities to effective manner. 3.Control and evaluate credit performance result and resolve and improve all occurred problems and short coming, ensuring that credit affair will process smoothly and achieve best result. 4.Manage and lead credit affair within branch to an effective manner and ensure to achieve set credit plan, focusing on: - Strengthen credit officers’ skills and capacities - Promotion of credit affair (seek for new clients) - Loan Document Preparation for Loan Disbursement - Loan Collection - Loan Recovery 5.Produce credit reports for branch manager on an accurate, precise, sufficient and timely manner. 6.Provide training and refreshment courses relating credit affair to subordinates, ensuring that they are well trained and skillful in credit affair. 7.Performs other tasks as required by management.

职位要求

	- Experience in Micro-finance Institution or Banking Industry is preferred - Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking or equivalent is preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills - Good at customer service and handling customer complaint - Good attitude and have a strong commitment to work at field
