工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:unlimited Age:18 up-Manage and supervise Customer Services and Documentations Team; -Set up working procedures; -Sending weekly, monthly reports to principals, country manager; -Provide training to staff; -Co-operate with sales team, Logistics team and provide solutions to handle customers' various requirement about our services;

职位要求

-University Degree (major in Foreign Trade, Maritime is an advantage); -Experience as Customer Service or Documentation Manager in shipping line or freight forwarding company; -Good knowledge of booking and import–export documentation procedures; -Generally good communication skills, analytical skills and customer care skills required; -Good leadership skills with strong initiative to set up the working procedures, lead the team to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively; -Good spoken and written English and Khmer and fluency in computer skills; -Able to work under high pressure, attend training and re-train the staff.
