	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:4 Age: - Developing sales fundamentals, such as Distribution, Display, Promotion and Price to drive sales growth - Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away. - Developing trade promotion programs targeted to retailers, wholesalers and distributors to attack products sell to customers - Managing department budget, ensuring spending is planned, within budget. Identify, develop and implement process and procedures as required ensure maximum ROI Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management - Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team - Develop of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories

职位要求

	- Graduate BBA or Master in Marketing or related field - Experience in 4 years in Trade Marketing or Sales in Pharmaceutical - Be entrepreneurial, a leader, adaptable, and passionate person. - Honest, good at planning, communication, and problem solving skills - Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Ms. Word/ Excel) - Language Requirement: Good command of English
