Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2 Age: - Manages full life recruiting process, from talent identification to new hire on boarding - Partners with business managers to drive recruiting strategies for open positions at all levels. - Ensures alignment of recruiting activities with business goals and objectives - Develops relationships with senior business and HR leadership - Proactively source for talent through multiple channels and adheres to all compliance and regulatory requirements - Conducts phone screens and assessment interviews and facilitates candidate feedback process - Implements and supports diversity recruiting efforts and participates in diversity recruiting events and activities

职位要求

- University Graduate Degree required in Business or Public Administration. Possess specialized certification in HR is an advantage. - 2 to 4 years working in large complex financial services organizations and/ or search firms supporting a front office environment - Proven experience with proactive multi-channel sourcing across multiple job functions - Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and experience in handling of web based management systems. - Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Social Media, etc. - Fluency of English language. Good in both spoken and written Chinese is an advantage - High commitment, integrity and result-oriented
