工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:unlimited Age:18 up- Manage and supervise Customer Services and Documentations Team; - Set up working procedures; - Sending weekly, monthly reports to principals, country manager; - Provide training to staff; - Co-operate with sales team, Logistics team and provide solutions to handle customers' various requirement about our services;

	- University Degree (major in Foreign Trade, Maritime is an advantage); - Experience as Customer Service or Documentation Manager in shipping line or freight forwarding company; - Good knowledge of booking and import–export documentation procedures; - Generally good communication skills, analytical skills and customer care skills required; - Good leadership skills with strong initiative to set up the working procedures, lead the team to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively; - Good spoken and written English and Khmer and fluency in computer skills; - Able to work under high pressure, attend training re-train the staff. - Cambodia Nationality is preferred.
