	Vacancy Type:Agriculture Work Experience:No need Age:20 271. Collect and record data from the testing - Collect data and fill in the spreadsheet for every testing, and that will be explained more by the experimenter. - Make sure that the data is accurate. The accuracy of data is super important for us. 2. Prepare inputs for new testing - Prepare seeds, fertilizers, pesticide … etc. for new testing - Prepare soil for the testing in case of testing new seed variety 3. Take care of lettuce on the testing field - Take care of the lettuce on the testing field, for example; watering the lettuce, weeding... etc. except what the field owner is already done. 4. Do other tasks assigned by either the experimenter or the founders - Do other tasks assigned by either the experimenter or founders. 5. Research on internet for new techniques and ideas - Research on the internet for new updated technology using in the agricultural experiment in order to bring up the constant improvement in the experiment team as well as the whole company.

职位要求

	- Bachelor degree in Agronomy - Not older than 27 and single - No experience is needed - Can speak English well - Committed to difficult working condition - Willing to travel a lot with his/her motor under the sun and rain - Have a laptop - Be able to work under pressure - Should not have class in the evening or at the weekend

Project Alba is a for-profit social enterprise working with low income farmers in Cambodia. We have an innovative business model that is focused on achieving our mission
to increase farmers’ income now and in the future. We do this by supporting them to invest in and adopt new technologies and practices that are respectful of the environment and local Cambodian markets.

We provide farmers with seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides for free. Agronomists visits farms weekly. We commit to purchase their harvest and the farmers commit to sell all of it to us. We then resell it to wholesalers in regional markets. Our market intelligence team conducts weekly, on the ground, surveys of prices in several local markets. Based on these data, we select which crops they grow and set their price beforehand with farmers. Thanks to adapting farmers' production to markets, we reach margins that enable the partnerships to be profitable for the startup while the farmers double their income.
