	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3 Age: Duties& Responsibilities ? Developing and implementing HR’s strategies, policies and procedures in line with corporate's and each department’s objectives ? Conducting interview for both non-management and management level through the recruitment tools and processes ? Administering and ensuring the Job Description are up to date ? Developing & conducting development programs/training to support the business growth and staff development ? Consulting on employee career growth and internal career progression opportunity ? Supervising and monitoring on staff benefit, payroll, and monthly tax declaration ? Developing and effectively implementing of employee performance management system (KPI) ? Supervising and monitoring on all internal and external staff movement ? Updating and consulting with staff and management on relevant updated laws and regulations ? Ensuring internal communication in office/company and building good relationship with other local authorities and external relations ? Monitoring and ensuring a smooth running of daily operation of the whole department ? Attending other tasks as assigned by CEO/Management

职位要求

	Requirement ? University degree in human resource management, business administration or related fields ? At least 3 year progressive working experience in human resources or personnel management ? Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and overall HR functions ? Strong knowledge of Management and Leadership Skills ? Excellent communication and presentation skills
