  Vacancy Type:
Work Experience:
Age: - Responsible for managing and controlling assets for the company including procurement, registering, labeling and depreciating, and regular updating of asset and inventory.
- Responsible for conducting Fixed Assets and Inventory physical inspection at branches.
- Ensure the office environment (clean and secure office environment, management of meeting room schedule, vehicle dispatching and efficient use of IPR assets) in the HO and give advice to branches.
- Responsible for sending documents/Assets / others to the receivers including branch offices or related parties with proper tracking as well as receive from branches or other parties and circulate to related parties/departments.
- On behalf of IPR, responsible for writing letter to internal and external related parties, receiving telephone call, and hosting customers and/or visitors.
- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating meeting-take minutes/prepare snack.
- Responsible for keep updating with land/building lord, maintenance and security of the office.
- Ensure to produce staff business card, ID Card, and all appropriate filing system of all administrative documents of the company
- Work closely with all branch Staff to deal with admin issues within the company.
- Other responsibilities related to the position.

职位要求

  - At least 2-3 year experiences in administration roles, office management, and/or secretarial work, particularly with MFI sectors.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or background in secretarial work would be an asset and/or a related field plus comprehensive training courses in relation to admin, logistic and procurement.
- Knowledge of the ordinances and administrative rules and regulations affecting administrative and logistic matters (in both of HO and at branch levels).
- Good of both written and spoken English
- A sound working knowledge of computer (MS-Office, e-mail, Internet)
- Good interpersonal skill
- High creativity and strong commitment in work
