Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3 Age: Please send you CV to Email: amatak.financial@gmail.com HR Manager will be responsible for all HR related work for a Group of 4 to 5 different business that consist of School, Hotel, Dental Clinic, Studio under the same management. Monthly salary $800 to $1000 Responsibilities: ?Anticipate staffing and expat management. ?Manage compliance on HR policies and procedures, and supervise HR functions. ?Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, benefits and any ad hoc reports. ?Work closely with CFO on staffing policies, requirements and reporting ?Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. ?Administer appraisal, employee profile and stock options system. ?Support individual department in their recruitment and talent development efforts Personal attributes: ?Excellent work ethic, personal morals and discretion. ?A high personal drive and energy, ambition to go to the next level ?Good verbal and written communication skills ?Must be creative thinker and able to execute innovative concepts, constantly improving the service to internal stake holders ?Proactive, independent, and good at execution.

Requirement ?Degree with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in Human Resource Management ?Good competencies in full spectrum of HRM functions such as staffing, compensation & benefits, and employee matters. ?Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices. ?Strong leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ?Self-motivated and dynamic individual with excellent work ethic, personal morals and discretion. ?A high personal drive and energy, proactive, independent, and good at execution, and ambition to go to the next level.
