工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: Ensure that NOC is manned 24/7, 365 days per year - Plan, Organize, lead and control NOC activities - Ensure that Network Performance KPIs are meet as mutually agreed upon in the technical department - Building team capacities within the NOC - Dimensioning NOC resources in order to adopt new work scope - Continuous coaching for the team to ensure understanding and adherence to NOC processes, procedures, and polices - Design and update the NOC processes and procedures - Design the Notification and escalation Matrix according to Fault severities - Design the shift schedule and responsibility Matrix in the NOC - Setup the OLA between operation and other teams - Maintaining Network KPIs and SLA - Identifying threats on the network and report to higher management - Build NOC file system which reflect all activities - Ensure existence of the right tools to monitor and run the network in the NOC - Create and supervise NOC reports Education: UG-B.Tech/B.E.- Electronics/Telecommunication, Diploma- Any Specialization, electronics/Telecommunication/Electrical/IT/Computer.

	-At least 2 year experience in related file -Can work under pressure -Good on communication skill
