	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:5 Age: This is the rehabilitation and development of approximately 3,000 hectares of Paddy Rice field, some of it currently under cultivation other areas will need to be developed. The operation includes production of Paddy Rice and then processing into Long grain Rice and packaging. We are looking for experienced Rice Agronomist; the incumbent would need extensive experience in large scale mechanized Paddy Rice production with the capacity to provide advice and extension services to farmers. The aim will be to increase the yield per hectare to optimum through the application of the basic principles of agronomic management. The incumbent would work as part of a team that would include an agricultural engineer with extensive experience in irrigation and mechanized operations. This is senior level positions, it will be a challenging operation where there is a need to achieve the objectives by a mixture of hands on approach coupled with a large degree of training and education of the subordinates. We need managers, not operators, candidates must demonstrate an individual who has led a workforce and demonstrated management skills. He will report to the CEO who has experience in the country concerned and in the Rice business.

	- At least 5 years of professional experience in commercial rice farming and milling - Good reporting skill - Good leadership and management skill - Have proven expertise in Rice production and processing - Ability to excel under pressure and deadlines - Ability to communicate in a clear concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing. - You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Khmer and/or Chinese language is an asset.
