We specialize in the development of custom software applications, Web sites, and software and IT maintenance outsourcing services. Due to our continuous business expansion, we are now seeking for qualified candidates to fulfill the position of Technical Director based in Phnom Penh Position Purpose - Primary responsibility for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. - Senior technology executive, playing an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth. - Collaborates with Commercial Director under leadership of Managing Director to provide smooth process on GICT management - Oversees and provides detailed technical proposal for all customer projects as an integral component of the sales contract process. - Oversees quality assurance, robust post-development testing, installation and ongoing customer IT support. - Provides high-level technical expertise and leadership of development and design of system architecture, end-to-end solutions, and hard- / software requirements. - Manages and monitors technical staff, sets weekly/monthly/quarterly performance objectives (KPIs) to meet or exceed established GICT strategic goals. - Full time position. Key Responsibilities - To establish the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. - To play an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth. - To provide visible leadership for the company within the technology units. - To anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape. - To lead the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships. - To ensure that the company meets all its legal requirements, including those relating to Occupational Health and Safety. - To establish Product Development Procedure Standard and Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control Procedure Standard and Customer Support & Services Standard to ensure the product quality to meet customer satisfaction. - To build and manage a top-flight technology team of workers as well as project management, while working closely with management, external vendors and advisors. - To research and recommend new products, identifying new market opportunities and leading efforts to improve IT processes. - To manage human resources within the technical department in liaison with the Managing Director and human resource management. - To motivate the staff to perform well and also work on plans for employee welfare. - To monitor network security and supervise the entire network system of the organization. 职位要求

	- At least MBA degree in IT from recognized university. - At least 5-6 years experiences in information technology management and coding. - Accounting proficiency knowledge experience. - Software Management qualification. ICT Security qualification. Understanding of performance management system would be advantageous. - High-level proficiency in English (written, oral and reading). - Ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines. - Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. - Ability to interact with people from varied cultural backgrounds. - Attention to detail and accuracy.

- At least MBA degree in IT from recognized university.
- At least 5-6 years experiences in information technology management and coding.
- Accounting proficiency knowledge experience.
- Software Management qualification.
ICT Security qualification.
Understanding of performance management system would be advantageous.
