工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: 1. Coordinate advocacy activities for improved child nutrition at the community, district and provincial levels 2. Link grass root advocacy to national level through data and stories of change 3. Coach and build capacity of ADP and operations staff in implementing CHN Campaign

职位要求

	1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Sciences or Health 2. 3-year professional experience in managing advocacy activities including training, coaching, lobbying, campaign development and implementation. 3. Good understanding of advocacy issues in a development context. 4. Good verbal and written English communication skills. 5. Strong understanding of public policy, sub-national government processes and decision-making, and operations of lobbying networks 6. Strong understanding of local level advocacy approaches (such as social accountability tools, community audits, community councils, performance and budget monitoring). 7. Understanding of youth in development and methods to increase youth participation 8. Strategic, creative and innovative thinking. 9. Experience in coalition building, networking and problem solving, and ability to rally coalitions and networks to take positions on specific policy issues
