工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: 1. Provide strong research and analysis on government policy and practice gaps in relation to child nutrition 2. Coordinate coalition and networking amongst civil society actors 3. Increase and reframe public discourse on child nutrition through effective policy briefs and written resources 4. Monitor and update CHN staff on policy changes and opportunities

职位要求

	1. Bachelor’s/Masters degree, preferably in Public Health, Politics/Governance, Development, or other social sciences. 2. 3-5-year professional experience in research, writing, government relations, policy development, lobbying, campaign development and implementation. 3. Good understanding of advocacy issues in a development context. 4. Strong understanding of public policy, national government decision-making, ministry roles, and operations of lobbying networks 5. Good verbal and written English communication skills. 6. Strong research and analysis skills, including authoring reports and discussion papers. 7. Strong negotiation, problem solving, liaison, and networking skills. 8. Understanding of frameworks to address nutrition, both national and international 9. Strategic, creative and innovative thinking. 10. Experience in coalition building and ability to rally coalitions and networks to take positions on specific policy issues. 11. 3-year experience in doing public policy analysis 12. Experience in working with media 13. Successful track record in project management. 14. Successful track record in developing and implementing advocacy campaigns. 15. Demonstrated experience in providing high level advice, briefings and recommendations to senior leaders and decision makers.
