工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: 1. Ensure sponsorship businesses processed by sponsorship teams of assigned ADPs are complied with the national and partnership standards and guidelines. 2. Strengthen quality assurance in sponsorship correspondence products in order to enhance sponsorship integrity. 3. Equip sponsorship team of the assigned ADPs to better understand and confidently apply the Sponsorship for Transformation (SfT), well manage sponsorship service operations, and better engage children, their families and communities in sponsorship. 4. Strengthen the implementation of the simplified Child Monitoring Standard (sCMS) by especially enabling the ADP teams to handle case management confidently. 5. Work in coordination with OMO (Operations Monitoring Officer) and STO for Development to ensure that the assigned ADPs are LEAP aligned related to Sponsorship Re/Design/Transition, Monitoring and Evaluation.

职位要求

	1. Bachelor degree in Management / Business Administration/ Management of Information System 2. At least 2 years experience in sponsorship business 3. Experience in sponsorship system 4. Experience in working with children in a development context 5. Good understanding of sponsorship business process 6. Good understanding of child protection 7. Good command of English 8. Analytical skill 9. Proficiency in computer literary—MS Word, MS Excel, and Lotus Notes 10. Communication and Facilitation skills
