工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:1 Age: - Assist in sales & marketing research for dental products; - Help to follow up current customers and look for new prospect customers; - Promotes and sales of dental products in a specific market segmentation; - Daily visit to dentists /dental lab/dental clinic/hospital to promote the product and maintain relationship; - Prepare and discuss weekly and monthly call doctors with superior, to identify the target doctors, potency of each dentist, status of each target dentists (acquired, add on and retention); - Collect the information from doctors/hospital for market information; - Educate the market about our product selling point and make awareness to our products in defined channels; - Maintain the existing doctors/lab/clinics/hospital keep use and order from the company; - Analyses market data and field fact before start detailing; - Add new user/doctors/lab/clinic/hospital as our market with doing some marketing activities; - Monitor product promotion activities by observing the market in order to evaluate the effective work process; - Maintain effective coordination with superior to evaluate target achievement and effectiveness of promotion activities; - Coordinate with supply chain about the availability stock that has to prepare in warehouse based on the sales forecast and customer behavior; - Plan and survey competitor activities at the hospital, clinics, doctors and pharmacy and discuss the result with the superior to define future action plan. Plan and survey doctor prescription habit, by going to pharmacy or hospital or by asking the nurse. Discuss the result with the superior to define future action plan; - Sharing knowledge among the team to increase the competencies of the team in creating sales; - Implement action plan which has been discussed by the superior; and - Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.

职位要求

	- Bachelor degree in medical, pharmacies or marketing, - At least one year experience in relevant job, - Preferably with good English, - Must be familiar with pharmaceutical industry, - Easy adaptation and can work under pressure to achieve company goal and target, - Be flexible, accountable and work hard, - Good communication and interpersonal skills, - Eager to learn & motivation, - Computer proficiency MS Office and Email, and - Have a enthusiastic and like to work in dynamic situation and complex environment.
