Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: Cambodian HIV/AIDS Education and Care (CHEC) is a local NGO working in 7 operational districts in Cambodia. CHEC is now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cambodian national to fill the position of Gender Based Violence (GBV) Program Manager. Responsibilities: 1. Attend partnership meetings to develop plans, referrals to women and girls who are subjected to or at risk of GBV to access basic primary health care services within each District. 2. Maintain working relationships and collaborate with government officials to conduct campaigns at the commune levels. 3. Assist the field staff in managing the data GBV and refer the suspected cases of HIV among women and girls who are subjected to or at risk of GBV. 4. Follow up the GBV cases 5. Assess and follow up the abuse or rape cases against children 6. Organize and help run the training workshops relevant for GBV and health care management. 7. Organize the Baseline Survey and other researches. 8. Monitor the progress of all planned activities and provide technical support and managerial support to project field staff. 9. Ensure the Implementation of the quarterly monitoring reports, and evaluations.

职位要求

Skills and Qualifications required: ? A degree in Master of Development or project management, planning, monitoring and evaluation techniques, ? Good analytical skills, Gender based violence training skills and training material development. ? Advanced level of spoken and written English, and high level of ability to translate/interpret to and from English and Khmer. ? At least 5 years working experience in coordinating a community development project or similar health projects. ? Experience in teaching and conducting training Programmes or other educational Programmes with adult learners, preferably in the Health area. ? A compassionate, non discriminatory and non judgmental attitude towards poor people. ? Demonstration a strong skills in impact monitoring. ? An ability to work both independently and in a team environment. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ? Word processing and use of a variety of computing packages e.g. Excel, Claris Works, Spreadsheets etc. would be an advantage.
