| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:2Age:21 28Main Responsibilities: 1.Response to travel inquiries and concerns from English-speaking customers by email, phone or in person. 2.Creates tour itinerary and quotation for online customers base on their interests, expects and personal requirements. 3.Revise and adjust tour itinerary base on the communication with clients and make tour itinerary sells. 4.Quality check and monitor on client’s touring. 5.Maintain long-term relationship with clients. |
职位要求
| 1.Excellent English skill in both oral and written communication. 2.Passion in tour business and creating memorable holiday for tourists. 3.Excellent communication and negotiation ability and skills. 4.Proficiency in using computer, especially Microsoft office Word and Excel. 5.Team player and good learner. |
