-To develop strengthen of CB system and strategy for CF’s beneficiaries capacity
-To develop action plan and goal
-To develop procedure and policy of capacity building
-To contact with professional relate the capacity build
-To assist develop HR policy & procedure

2-Handle Life Skill Training
-To select Teacher for teaching
-To manage and control literacy class such as Khmer literacy class level1 & level 2 training.
-To Cooperate with government health and provide training of the Health to beneficiaries
-To Cooperate with other NGOs and provide training of the literacy financial and Human Trafficking
-To provide training of the operacy as like positive thinking
-To assist the agriculture Training
-Follow up workers regularly 2 times per week and motivation to them for literacy class
-To meeting with teacher 2 times per month
-To Monitoring and controlling of the monthly exam, mid-term and final exam
-To evaluation for capacity building
-To provide certificate to them
-To set up schedule and prepare lesson plan for Team leader Training
-To provide the training to Team leader
-To set up schedule for conduct Training
3-Handle any Kamo ceremonies
-To Manage quarterly party
-To Manage annual party
-To Manage annual Trip
-To make budget proposal
-To set up schedule and agenda
-To manage and implement the even
-To make report or document
-To manage other workshop of Kamo

4-Other cooperation tasks
-To assist to screening and recruit of new candidate for staff
-To manage of canteen activity and provide Nutrition food for beneficiaries
-To update of HR KPI sheet
-To counseling for beneficiaries who have serious problems
-To announcement to people in target area for recruitment
-To survey and interview new candidates for trainee
-To analyze income and expend of candidates and see their house situation
-To selected and provide feedback
-To help other department
-To help other staff if any necessary
-To attended in meeting or cooperate with relevant people.

-Age 25-35 year sold
-Bachelor degree related to the field (Academic study, have a certificate of Pedagogy).
-Sound knowledge of teaching methodology
-Very good of planning activities preparation.
-Good of M&E.
-Proficiency of PC skill (Ms word, Ms. Excel, internet and email)
-Very good of English communication.
-Strong problem solving.
-Skill of workshop conducting and preparation.
-Good of administrative skill.
-Strong facilitation, negotiation and report writing skill (English & Khmer)
-Ability to communicate by English with wider of foreigner.
-Ability to teach literacy class and other classes for beneficiary.
-Ability to do monitoring and evaluation for small project.
-At least 2 year experiences related to this position
-Good communication.
-Honesty, loyalty, kindness person
-Willing to work for rural development.
-Can drive such kinds of transportation ways.
-Can accept and comply with any policies and procedure of KAMO.
-Have Motor License or Car
-Hard-working and high commitment to work in international non-profit organization.
-Ability to travel frequently and work in rural area (Community Factory in Kchass Village, Kchass commune, Sotnikom District, Siem Reap Province)

BACKGROUND: The Kamonohashi project, also known as “KAMO” was established in Cambodia in 2004. The project aims to reduce poverty levels, and prevent commercial sexual exploitation and human trafficking in the country. Since late 2007, the KAMO has been implementing its project of community factory (CF) to provide vocational skill training and job opportunities to the vulnerable people, especially girls and women living under the poverty line in the rural areas. This project aims to generate more income and enable the poor villagers to have better living conditions.

VISION: To contribution to prevent commercial sexual exploitation, human trafficking and to reduce poverty in Cambodia.

MISSION: We provide job and life skill training in order to let the vulnerable villagers be independent through sustainable of community factory working. And we cooperate with other experienced partners.

STAFF BENEFIT: will be provided the saving for health, 13th month salary, pension fund, quarterly evaluation, seniority, annual merit increase, over time, health insurance, Group accidents insurance, annual leave, sick leave, and public holiday.
