Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: The Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC) is a NGO focusing on Family Health - Sexual and Reproductive Health, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, TB, HIV/ AIDS, communicable and non-communicable diseases; implementing projects in 14 provinces of Cambodia. RHAC is currently seeking a suitably qualified Cambodian candidate to fill the following position in its Clinic Component. Marketing Officer (One position based in Phnom Penh) Key Responsibilities: ? In consultation with the supervisor and other relevant RHAC staff, responsible for developing quarterly plans on demand generation for selected RHAC clinic services. ? Establishes contacts and promotes RHAC services among the garment factories. ? In collaboration with RHAC’s Workplace Health Program, raises awareness about RHAC’s Voucher Scheme among factory workers in the targeted factories. ? Raises awareness about RHAC’s clinic services among target populations such as households under the catchment areas of each clinic, according to the quarterly work-plan. Reports weekly activities to the clinic manager. ? Establishes contacts with private insurance or other private enterprises, and promotes RHAC clinic services among those potential clients. ? Identifies active peers from current RHAC networks. Works with peer educators to establish a referral mechanism. Conduct periodic meetings to reinforce information, promotes awareness, with a view to increase utilization of RHAC’s clinical services. ? Works with NGOs and village health support groups to increase community awareness and promote access to health information, sexual reproductive health and other health services at the nearest RHAC clinic.

职位要求

? Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and/or in health science with marketing experience. ? Two-years experience in marketing or demand creation for health or health products, working experience on health, including sexual & reproductive health. ? A working knowledge of English ? A good knowledge of family health, especially SRH. ? Ability to convince people in the community ? Good inter-personal and communication skills ? Willing to travel in the field.
