| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:1Age: - Plan, arrange, create, and operate tour and travel programs - Organize and design tour packages to meet the needs of customers - Evaluate services rendered on tours and report any problems/issues to tour organizers - Resolve any problems with services, accommodations and itineraries - Research market to obtain and provide competitive pricing for tours and services - Visit and inspect hotels, other destinations, and potential partners domestically and internationally - Respond to client’s requests, inquiries complaints in a satisfactory and timely manner - Network and build good relations with partners, guides, subcontractors, etc. - Assist in tour development activities to create new programs and tours to promote interests and attractions - Provide customer services via phone, Internet, tour desk, etc. - Assist with tasks as assigned - Job Location: Siem Reap, Cambodia |
职位要求
| - College or University degree in Travel Industry Management, Hospitality and Tourism, Foreign Languages, or Business - Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar position - Have good negotiation skill - Fluency in both writing and speaking for English - Computer proficiency: Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint… - Has excellent attention for details and professional mind-set - Creative, adventurous and responsible travel background is highly appreciated - Flexibility to travel as needed - Have experience working with a Vietnam partners is good - Cambodian and Vietnamese who has been living and working in Cambodia for years is welcomed |

Currently we have over 80 full times staff working in Vietnam head office and want to open a representative office in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We are looking for candidates who love to join a professional travel company and working as Tour Operator in Siem Reap office.
