职位要求

-Excellent communication , presentation and customer service skill - Excellent in English and basic computer skill Friendly , healthy, Honest and hard working - Have experience in restaurant operation -restaurant/food service sales experience -very strong networking and referral building skill - High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills -Able to work long and odd hours including evening and weekends -Manage all marketing and advertising promotion activity -Develop sale and marketing strategies -prepare work plan for sale - Assist the restaurant manager with various stock takes when required -Control the appearance and cleanliness of the staff, equipment and work area -Handle and solve special requests and complaints -Maintain staff efficiency and morale in the restaurant at the highest level. -Check all dinning areas prior to service -Assist restaurant service to ensure a smooth and professional operation of the restaurant -Manage and train staff to make sure that all staff can perform there tasks very well -responsible for recruitment , and other necessary tasks -Join with chef to set the menu and menu pricing
