	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: Major Roles and Responsibilities: - Supervise and guide Sales Representatives that are under his/her assigned areas; - Monitor closely the sales performance of company’s brands and products; - Execute promotional and merchandising activities as assigned; - Manage distribution to ensure products availability in the assigned areas; - Ensure the development and maintaining of good business relations with key account customers; - Support Sales Representatives in negotiation of sponsorship and contracts; - Motivate and coach sales staff and measure and evaluate their performances; - Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports;
