Job Description

  • Receive payment, record in excel sheet and book in SAP system
• Prepare payment and receipt Voucher
• Issue Selling invoices (Goods in Stock)
• Prepare weekly Aging report
• Prepare weekly Income Report
• Cash deposit and Withdrawal
• Control daily cash expenses
• Control daily advance for clearance
• Check outstanding cash advance and follow up with staffs
• Purchase and control office stationaries and office supplies
• Be outside to collect payment (sometimes)
• Documents filling (Invoices, Cash expenses)
• Participation to accounting monthly closing
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements

  • Background in Admin/Accounting/Finance
• Experience in work as cashier and administrative work
• Being able to utilize Microsoft office especially Excel , Outlook, Internet
• Good communication in English both writing and speaking
• Fast learner
• Team work
