  ** Purpose of the position
Reporting to the EA General Manager, you are the main interface with vendors on behalf of the BUs and are responsible for managing vendor relationships. You are responsible for the representative office.
The role will take responsibility for coordinating with category managers and logistics team in Europe and US to negotiate with vendors for the best available price/quantity/ETD to the company’s interests. The role also has leadership over the relationship with existing vendors, building up deep vendor relationship. It also leads the effort for vendor performance management and vendor panel management.
For new products, you will give your inputs to PD merchandisers on preferred vendors to consult. For existing product, you will ensure and validate PO agreements with existing vendors. In times of disagreements, you will renegotiate terms and validate new terms with BUs. Through coordination with sourcing specialist, you will manage the process of sourcing from new vendors for existing products and expand vendor relationship for new products. You are also responsible for consistently tracking/monitoring vendor performance, updating their status and defining preferred vendors by SKU. This position will give exposure to both the end market and supply market to drive for best profitability.

Lead vendor relationship management, identifying preferred vendor by SKU and consistently tracking their performance. Provide inputs to BUs on price, quantity and lead time decisions.

- Responsible for full order follow up starting from PO until goods shipped
- When changing vendors for existing products, manage the process to decide on new vendors as well as validating vendor compliance with QA team
Major responsibilities

- Track vendor performance based on pre-defined KPI and vendor scorecard
- Identify and define preferred vendor in the database by SKU and update their status based on their most recent performance
- Provide inputs to BUs on quantity and supply timeline decisions
- Liaise with BU sourcing controllers to identify potential to improve margins (e.g. price negotiation, changing existing vendors, changing specifications, etc.)
- Provide training to vendors for all GIP related issues
- Responsible for correct Vendor Panel Management to establish long term relationship
- Prepare and analyze all KPI’s
- Manage daily office administrative tasks
- Work with local firm and HKG office to manage office day-to day accounting
- Recruit local staff to fulfill the needs

职位要求

  - Good English level (Chinese is advantage )
- Textile background
- Working with buying office is a MUST
- Good communication skills
- Overseas experiences is a plus
