工作描述

  • Draft and Review commercial and business contract.
• Maintain good safe keeping of all legal-related contracts.
• Develop a record system for easy tracking of all documents kept, including ensuring renewal of contracts are well monitored.
• Ensure that Company’s policies are adapted within all contracts / agreements.
• Coordination with the respective Department Head, ensuring sufficient level of compliance.
• Implementing administration tasks as may be required by the prevailing labour laws from time to time.

职位要求

  • Minimum experience of 3 years in Legal field.
• Have good understanding of commercial law, business law, labour law.
• Ability to develop and drive new Projects.
• Confidentiality.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Khmer, knowledge of other
Asian languages will be an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
