Job Description

  -Monitor ASC/SP/CP’s daily operation;
-Handling customer complaints or any major incidents;
-Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service;
-Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
-Take care online customers voice, response customer’s complaint and enquiry;
-Take care hotline, provide customer information to hotline for their survey, collect feedback from hotline, monitor quality of service center’s performance
-Monitor quality of service center’s performance
-Develop service procedures, policies and standards
-Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
-Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
-Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
-Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

Job Requirements

  -Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
-Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a customer service manager
-Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent and creative person
-Strong client-facing and communication skills
-Good interpersonal and communication skills and convincing skill
-Customer service orientation
-Fluent in English both oral and written, Chinese is a plus
-Able to handle multi-tasks as required.
-Proficiency in MS office (word, excel, and power point)
