Job Description

  CHAMKARLEU WATER SUPPLY, founded in 2013, is a joint-venture and community-based water project, specializing in Cambodia in the water supply industry and is based in Chamkarleu district of Kampong Cham province, providing safe, clean sustainable water-access solutions to the communities and enabling the communities to break the cycle of poverty and alleviation of the socio-economy conditions and healthy life enjoyment.

CHAMKARLEU WATER SUPPLY is seeking the proactive and dynamic candidate to fulfill the position of Sales Consultant with the most competitive remuneration & other fringe benefits and career development.

Functional Location: Thnal bek Lech Village, Svayteab Commune, Chamkarleu District, Kampong Cham province.

- Highly responsible for achieving the monthly sales target set by the Management of CHAMKALEU WATER SUPPLY;
- Proactively activate the process of prospecting and maintaining the good customer relationship with the customers and advocates of CHAMKALEU WATER SUPPLY;
- Conceptualize and analyze the needs of customers and handling and providing rationales and value-added solutions to the customers’ objections and complaints;
- Responsible for conducting on a frequent basis the liaison with the customers and advocates of CHAMKALEU WATER SUPPLY in terms of direct visits, call-outs and invitations;
- Keep a good track record of customer and utilize effectively and timely to ensure the good customer relationship management and increase of sales volumes;
- Keep a good track with the movement of competitors and whole market updates and initiate sales strategy, recommendations and suggestions;
- Work closely with the team and as a team under the closed supervision and control of Sales Manager;
- Set the daily, weekly and monthly sales plans and implement the set plan effectively and maintaining a good key performance index;
- Provide a good daily, weekly and monthly sales report to Sales Manager and copying confirmed to the Top Management;
- Other tasks are assigned by Sales Manager;

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor Degree in Management majoring in Sales & Marketing or other related fields;
- 2 years of professional sales experience
- Good communication skill
- Good team player & initiator & working ethics
- Working knowledge of computer (Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good time management and resilience skills;
