  Responsibilities Procurement
1. Lead and develop the purchasing team to manage the whole order fulfillment cycle from sourcing to delivery to provide for timely solution for the business.
2. Formulate policies and set operating procedures for inventory management and to supervise the daily operations including stock control, stock-re-order level, and the movement of stock are at all times efficient and effective.
3. Responsible for the scheduling, and purchasing plan for raw materials, as well as the compiling of the monthly purchase and inventory report and price analysis
4. Responsible for all purchasing activities, such as price/trade terms negotiations. Monitor supplier’s performance measurement and execution of corrective action plans.
5. To continuously review all aspects of the operations procedure and SOP to improve internal Key Performance Indicators to meet the business objectives of the Company.
6. To regularly prepare various reports and analysis including inventory budget report and provide recommendations for management review. Warehouse
7. Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
8. The efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.
9. Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and how the warehouse contributes to these.
10. Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
11. Planning future capacity requirements.
12. Support and assist the management team in achieving all customer services and sale goals.
13. Organizing the recruitment and training of staffs, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
14. Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
15. Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
16. Briefing team leaders on a daily basis.
17. Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely.
18. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

职位要求

  1. A minimum of 5 year experience in purchasing and inventory management of which 3 years at managerial level
2. Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or equivalent
3. Good sourcing and connecting network for relevant vendors with strong material cost management experience.
4. Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule.
5. Highly effective, dynamic, and result-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
6. Excellent planning, organizing, and analytical skills with detailed mind
7. Good command of both spoken and written English, knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.


Salary: $1000 ~ $1500

Work Schedule: 8:30~15:30
Holidays: Sun/National holiday(Sat half day)
