工作描述

	- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options - Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Team / Relationship Management - Develops and maintain working relationships with Principal, colleagues, and partner contact Supply Chain - Initiate shipment for end-users or customer’s site - Ensure adequate inventory is available before committing a sale

职位要求

	- Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales - Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (skills may be tested at the interview) - Good sense of verbal & written Khmer and English communication skills. Candidates who can converse in Chinese would have an added advantage - Self-driven and self-motivation. Extensive travel to provinces; Valid Driving License is essential - Past experience in heavy equipment products would be an advantage EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE - Graduate / Bachelors degree in any stream with English as the formal language - Minimum 2 year experience in agri-equipment or any sale / marketing fields. - Working time : 8:30 am - 5:30 pm - Holiday : Sat/Sun/National holiday HOW TO APPLY If you are interested in this recruitment, Please click and submit your CV!
