工作描述

  -Provide Clearly Clerical, Logistical and managerial work to comply URG Internal Policies.
-Prepare staff and Management meeting.
-Manage Office equipment's, Postages and filling systems
-Handle the distribution of correspondence and customary clerical tasks
-Student's card and photo responsible
-Be able to go out for VISA and Passport application
-Ensure that office is in roles, clean and regularly maintained and repaired as needed
-Check/keep reports (Incoming , Outgoing letters) and other documents

职位要求

  -University student or fresh graduate is welcome to apply
-Knowledge of IT and computer science is an advantage
-Ability to develop and drive new things.
-Good communication & interpersonal skills.
-Good comment in English, If can speak other languages is more advantage.
-Computer skills (Ms. Office), internet and email
-Honest, patience, friendly and willing to work.
