  ** Duties:
1. With support from the Provincial Coordinator, Program Manager and Director, take overall responsibility for managing the caseload and the social work team in Phnom Penh. Provide technical support for managing the caseload in Svay Rieng.
2. Monitor the caseload in Phnom Penh.
- Set up systems and manage them so that all cases are allocated to social workers at intake, that each case is assessed, planned and services provided in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure cases are closed when identified needs have been met or the client decides not to accept CCPCR support.
- Ensure that referrals in to CCPCR and out from CCPCR are as efficient and timely as possible.
- The monitoring system should include regular social work team meetings with an Agenda and minutes.
3. Set up a system of regular Case Reviews so that each case is reviewed once three months. The review should make use of all case documents, and include all CCPCR staff involved in the case and representatives of other service providers who work with the client. Results and decisions made at Review should be recorded and implemented.
4. Set up a system of social worker Supervision so that each social worker gets one-to- one regular support and the Supervisor can monitor the most complex cases. Supervision includes building the social worker’s capacity by identifying gaps and building on strengths in their casework as well as providing support when necessary.
5. Where necessary accompany social workers’ visits to clients to support social workers, build capacity and observe and monitor the quality of the casework.
6. Referrals: Make sure that referrals in and out of CCPCR are as efficient as possible. Identify a range of Service Providers (SPs) to meet all kinds of needs (e.g. physical health needs, psychological needs, livelihood needs) and proactively build relationships with them. When necessary meet SPs, agree written procedures for referrals with them and monitor the implementation of those procedures.Empower CCPCR social workers to advocate proactively for clients to receive services from SPs and to arrange and implement referrals themselves.
7. Ensure that the social work teams record their work accurately with every client in casework forms for Intake, Assessment, Service Planning, Implementation, Review and Closure. These forms should also provide information which will be transferred to WI CTIP’s database from time to time for quarterly and annual reporting.
8. Work closely with Program Manager, and Provincial Coordinators of CCPCR in Svay Reing and Koh Kong to review and update the case management plan process for the TIP victim and abused migrant, which CCPCR to assists and supports making sure the case plan responded and implemented on time and effectively.
9. Arrange meeting with Provincial Coordinators and Svay Rieng once per month to support casework in Svay Rieng. Where necessary accompany social workers’ visits to clients in Svay Rieng to support social workers, build capacity and monitor the quality of the casework.
10. Able to travel to provinces to monitor social workers’ work with survivors.
11. Coordinate with the Program Manager and Admin/Finance team to ensure that an efficient system exists so that the social workers can make requests for funds to meet clients’ (or their family members’) identified needs promptly. With the Program Manager and Admin/Finance team track client expenditure against the available budget. Play a meaningful and active role in CCPCR’s Protection program. Assess successes and gaps in the work with clients and raise and discuss these with the Provincial Coordinator in Svay Reang, Program Manager and Director so that together CCPCR management can improve case management.
12. Write reports and provide information upon request, in relation to CCPCR’s case management activities.
13. Follow CCPCR’s client-related policies, act ethically, follow the best interests of the client, show the client respect and compassion. Keep confidentiality.
14. Contribute to the development, monitoring and evaluation of CCPCR’s client-related policies and guidelines.

职位要求

  - Bachelor Degree of Social Work or any related field,
- Minimum three years & experience of Social Work Supervisor or Social Worker relating to support the victim of human trafficking and abused migrants, and also the victims’ families.
- Basic Counseling, Communication, Negotiation, Analysis and Problem Solving skills,
- Ability to provide supervision and coaching for a team of four social workers in Phnom Penh and to provide technical support and coaching for two social workers in Svay Rieng, on the process of case management of the victim and abused migrants, and their family through the basic Case Management steps of Intake, Needs Assessment of client and family across a broad spectrum of needs, Planning how to meet identified Needs, Coordinating the delivery of services and resources so that the client is supported towards sustainable independence, Critical review of the progress in meeting Needs and case closure.
- Able to communicate well in English both verbal and written.
- Competency in computer literate in Ms. Office, Excel, Power Point, Email & Internet,
- Ability to write a simple budget for client expenditure. Ability to track a budget.
- Fully able to embrace organizational values and possess a high level of commitment towards the mission of CCPCR,

Cambodian Center for the Protection of Children’s The Cambodian Centre for the Protection of Children’s Rights (CCPCR) is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization. Its task is to promote children’s rights by protecting and combating against Violence, Sexual Abuse, Child Trafficking and Exploitation. CCPCR was founded as a not-for-profit NGO in November 1994, by a group of Cambodian professionals highly committed to the welfare of Cambodian children. It commenced operations in March 1995 and its Statute was approved by the Ministry of Interior on Feb 27th 1997.

Currently, CCPCR is operating Child protection and Prevention program in 5 provinces including Phnom Penh, Svay Rieng, Siemreap, Kampong Thom, and Koh Kong. The programs focus on child protection issues including rescue, recover, rehabilitation and reintegration and prevention including strengthening child protection mechanism and community education.

CCPCR is extending the program and now is looking for a qualified person for the position of Provincial Coordinator (1 position based in Kohkong province).
