工作描述

 
• HRIS and Personnel Administration:
 Manage HRIS in coordinating with IT and Company to ensure the system function well and company staff has knowledge and skill to use the system; will monitor the implementation of a new HRIS;
 Maintain and update organization structure and employee information in the HRIS to provide timely headcount reports, and correct reporting line for approval process;
 Ensure all employees personal files in hardcopies are well managed and easy to retrieve when needed;
 Ensure all staff movements (resign/terminate contract, transfer and extend contract) are properly approved by HRD and GD and filed them
• Compensation and Payroll and insurance:
 Prepare monthly payroll for all employees of company to ensure timely and accurate salary and benefits payments;
 Support HR Director to do salary and benefits market surveys;
 Prepare all training and integration reports to HR Director;
 Manage the insurances (NSSF and Forte, others) for all company’s employees
 Assure the compliance between company administration and Cambodian laws
• HR Budgeting and Monitoring:
 Support HR Director in preparing HR Team annual budget, Workforce planning and also, monitor the expenses to ensure and respect approved budget and company policies and procedures.

职位要求

 
• University degree in Business administration, or Social Laws or relevant field
• Seven years and strong experience in managing budget and compensation and HRIS
• Good knowledge and skill in finance and advance Excel, HR Software
• High level of English, French is an advantage.
• Dedicated to children education and protection
• Good team player
